Redevelopment of Highway Service Center Pheasants Nest (M31) North & South

Design documentation for the redevelopment of the Pheasants Nest Southbound Highway Service Centre along the M31 Hume Highway. The drawing set includes demolition, site analysis, detailed site layout, zoning plans, architectural canopy plans, building layouts, elevations, roof plans, signage layouts, and civil/landscape coordination elements. Work includes reconfiguration of parking, drive-thru lanes, heavy vehicle refuelling, car refuelling canopies, bio-treatment basins, pedestrian circulation, building upgrades, and integrated landscape areas.
